All-In (Bundled) Pricing
A PEO billing approach that combines administrative fees, taxes, and certain benefits into a single bundled rate.

Entravia Editorial
All-in pricing bundles administrative fees, statutory employer taxes, and sometimes baseline benefits into a single rate (often expressed as a percentage of payroll or a single PEPM). The bundle simplifies client invoicing but can obscure the true cost of each component.
Bundled quotes are harder to compare apples-to-apples against pass-through quotes. Brokers and buyers typically request a decomposition before committing.
