HRAs come in several variants — Integrated HRA, ICHRA (Individual Coverage HRA), and QSEHRA (small-employer). Each has distinct eligibility, funding, and integration rules.
ICHRA in particular has emerged as an alternative to traditional group coverage for some employers and is increasingly modeled alongside PEO master-plan options during procurement.
