RFP (Request for Proposal)
A structured solicitation document used by buyers to request comparable proposals from multiple PEOs.
A PEO Request for Proposal (RFP) standardizes the data and questions that go to each prospective PEO so the resulting quotes are comparable. Typical RFP contents include census, current benefits, claims history, organizational details, and a question battery on services, technology, and pricing.
Well-structured RFPs dramatically reduce quote turnaround and produce decision-grade comparisons. Entravia's application is purpose-built to capture RFP-grade inputs in a single intake.
