Census (Employee Census)
A structured roster of an employer's workforce — including demographics, location, compensation, and benefits enrollment — used to underwrite PEO and benefits quotes.
An employee census is the foundational data input for any PEO or group-benefits quote. Required fields typically include name, date of birth, gender, ZIP code, hire date, job class, salary, and current benefits-enrollment status.
