Entravia Editorial
The EEOC enforces Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, GINA, and Equal Pay Act, among others. Employers with 100+ employees (and federal contractors with 50+) must file annual EEO-1 reports describing workforce demographics.
PEOs typically administer EEO-1 reporting on behalf of co-employed workforces, although the underlying employment decisions and liability rest with the worksite employer.
