Medical expenses defined under IRS Section 213(d) that qualify for tax-advantaged reimbursement from HSAs, FSAs, and HRAs.

Section 213(d) defines the universe of qualified medical expenses. The CARES Act (2020) expanded the list to include over-the-counter medications and menstrual care products without prescription.
